General Eligibility

  • Men and women age 40 or older
  • Capable of living independently
  • Can safely participate in a shared residential environment
  • Has sufficient lawful income or financial resources
  • Willing to follow program and house rules
  • Seeking transitional housing while working toward greater stability

Screening Process

Admission may include an application, identity and income verification, housing history, references, background screening, an in-person interview, and review of available space.

Income

Verifiable lawful income may include employment income, SSI, SSDI, retirement income, pensions, or other qualifying resources.
